everyone loves a discount!
I think we’re due for a sale soon, and boy howdy do I have the data to back that opinion up
Does Disney Cruise have Black Friday deals?
Every holiday season since 2021, Disney Cruise Line has launched a limited‑time offer to pay half your deposit at booking. Last year it showed up very early, in October! This year? Crickets.

Why I think we’re due for a sale
Four years in a row, the offer landed the week or so before Christmas. Last year Disney dropped it October 28. (!!!)
It’s November 5 and…nothing. Five years of data says we will see some kind of offer soon, and it might be the 50% off your deposit or it may be something totally different.
Why I might be wrong
Disney has more inventory to sell than they ever have! Four new ships since 2022 (Wish, Treasure, Destiny and Adventure), and a lot of sailings with discounts already in the near term.
It wouldn’t surprise me if they change up their retail messaging strategy for this season. But this is exactly why you want me in your inbox the day something drops.

The catch (there’s always a catch with a discount)
These are restricted rates. New bookings only, paid in full the day you book, non‑refundable, no name changes, Disney picks your stateroom, and no rooms for 5. They have a ton of rules, you really need to understand what the possibilities are, and they’re different on every ship.
I’m a great Disney Cruise Travel Agent and I can help you parse this so you don’t have to turn it into a weekend research project.

Here’s the part nobody tells you: sitting around waiting for the sale is how you lose the room you wanted. It leads to the worst outcomes and I see it OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
- 1
Book BEFORE the sale
Secure that dining time you want and the room you want before everyone rushes to book, then let me re‑price you later with the offer.
- 2
Then the sale happens
Yes, we can apply the offer to your existing reservation and reduce your fare, if the sailing qualifies!
- 3
Doesn’t qualify?
If it doesn’t qualify, we can move you or cancel. Deposits are 100% refundable when cancelled before your deadline. The exception is Concierge: Concierge deposits are non‑refundable from the day you book.
