These Terms of Service explain how Travel Obsessed TX works with clients, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you when planning, quoting, booking, or servicing travel.

By using this website, submitting a travel inquiry, communicating with Travel Obsessed TX, or working with us to plan travel, you agree to these terms.

About Travel Obsessed TX

Travel Obsessed TX provides travel planning, quoting, booking, and client service support for vacations, including cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, travel insurance, transportation, and related travel services.

Travel Obsessed TX acts as a travel advisor and independent sales agent. We help you choose, quote, book, and manage travel, but the actual travel services are provided by independent travel suppliers.

Those suppliers may include cruise lines, resorts, hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation companies, travel insurance providers, and other travel companies.

Each supplier has its own terms, conditions, payment deadlines, cancellation rules, refund policies, age requirements, identification requirements, and travel document requirements.

Quotes and Availability

Travel quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.

Pricing, availability, promotions, room categories, cabin locations, resort rooms, flights, dining, activities, excursions, and other travel components can change at any time until a reservation is confirmed and any required payment has been successfully processed.

A quote is not a confirmed reservation. A trip is not booked, held, changed, canceled, or confirmed unless Travel Obsessed TX or the applicable travel supplier confirms it directly.

Booking Information

Accurate traveler information is very important. You are responsible for providing complete and correct information for all travelers in your party.

This may include full legal names, dates of birth, contact information, addresses, passport or identification details, citizenship information, loyalty numbers, accessibility needs, dietary needs, emergency contact information, and any other information required by the travel supplier.

Traveler names must match the identification documents used for travel.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all quotes, confirmations, invoices, itineraries, travel documents, and supplier communications for accuracy. This includes traveler names, dates of birth, travel dates, destinations, room or cabin categories, pricing, payment deadlines, cancellation terms, and any other trip details.

Please notify Travel Obsessed TX as soon as possible if you notice an error, omission, or inaccuracy. The earlier an issue is caught, the easier it usually is to correct.

Travel Obsessed TX is not responsible for delays, denied boarding, supplier fees, cancellation penalties, or other issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided or omitted by you or another traveler in your party.

Payments

Some travel bookings require deposits, final payments, supplier charges, fees, or other authorized transactions.

Travel Obsessed TX may help coordinate payments required by travel suppliers. In some cases, payment must be submitted through supplier systems by Travel Obsessed TX or our agency partners on your behalf.

You are responsible for providing timely payment approval, payment information, and any other information needed to complete authorized payments by the deadlines required by the travel supplier.

Payment requests are handled as soon as reasonably possible during normal business hours of operation. Travel Obsessed TX does not guarantee immediate or after hours payment processing.

Our standard client service hours are 9 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday, Central Time, excluding holidays.

If you must make a payment outside of this window, please coordinate with us well in advance. We will make reasonable efforts, but advance communication is important.

Travel Obsessed TX strongly recommends coordinating final payments at least five business days before the supplier deadline. This allows time for payment processing, authorization issues, card declines, supplier system delays, supplier support needs, or other transaction problems.

Payment requests made within 24 hours of a supplier deadline may not be able to be accommodated.

A quote, hold, or reservation is not guaranteed until the supplier confirms the booking and any required payment has been successfully processed.

Missing a payment deadline may result in cancellation, loss of pricing, loss of promotional offers, cancellation penalties, supplier fees, or other supplier imposed consequences.

When payment information is needed, we will provide instructions for the specific transaction. Payment information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Supplier Terms and Conditions

When you book travel, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable travel suppliers.

Supplier terms may include rules about deposits, final payments, cancellations, refunds, changes, travel protection, required documents, age restrictions, pregnancy restrictions, health requirements, conduct, denied boarding, itinerary changes, and other travel related policies.

Travel Obsessed TX will make reasonable efforts to help you understand important supplier rules, but supplier decisions, policy changes, deadlines, restrictions, and outcomes are controlled by the supplier.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation, change, and refund rules are set by the travel supplier.

Some reservations may be nonrefundable or may have penalties once booked. Some promotions, discounted rates, guaranteed rates, special offers, excursions, activities, airfare, travel insurance, and other trip components may have separate cancellation or change rules.

Refunds, credits, future travel credits, and chargebacks are subject to supplier, payment processor, and financial institution rules.

Travel Obsessed TX can help communicate with suppliers when possible, but we cannot guarantee that a supplier will issue a refund, credit, waiver, exception, or price adjustment.

Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

You are responsible for making sure every traveler has the correct and valid documents required for travel.

This may include passports, visas, government issued identification, birth certificates, vaccination records, parental consent forms, travel authorizations, or other documents required by cruise lines, airlines, countries, ports, resorts, transportation providers, or government authorities.

Entry requirements, passport rules, visa rules, health rules, and documentation requirements may change. It is your responsibility to review and comply with all requirements before travel.

Travel Obsessed TX may provide general reminders or guidance, but we do not determine traveler eligibility. Missing, expired, inaccurate, or insufficient travel documents may result in denied boarding, denied entry, delays, fines, expenses, or other losses.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Travel insurance may help protect against certain covered events, such as trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, baggage issues, or other covered losses, depending on the policy.

Travel insurance benefits, exclusions, deadlines, and coverage rules vary by provider and policy.

If you decline travel insurance or purchase a policy that does not cover your situation, you accept the risk of uncovered losses.

Health, Accessibility, and Special Needs

Please tell us about any accessibility needs, dietary needs, medical considerations, mobility concerns, pregnancy related restrictions, or other special circumstances that may affect your travel plans or supplier requirements.

Travel Obsessed TX will share relevant information with travel suppliers when needed to request accommodations or service your trip.

Accommodation requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the applicable supplier. Travel suppliers may have their own accessibility, medical, pregnancy, dietary, and safety policies.

Client Communication

Travel Obsessed TX may communicate with you by email, text message, phone, website forms, direct messages, or other methods you use to contact us.

Please check your messages and respond in a timely way when information, approval, or payment is needed.

Delayed responses may result in expired quotes, lost availability, missed payment deadlines, cancellations, penalties, or other supplier imposed consequences.

Age Requirement

This website and Travel Obsessed TX services are intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older. By submitting an inquiry, opting in to text messages, or working with Travel Obsessed TX, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Mobile Messaging Terms

By submitting a travel inquiry, booking request, or other form on this website, you agree to receive text messages from Travel Obsessed TX related to your travel inquiry, quote request, vacation planning, booking updates, and client service communications.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive text messages from Travel Obsessed TX.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt in information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Travel Obsessed TX’s role is to assist with travel planning, quoting, booking, and client service support. Final decisions are made by the applicable supplier, government authority, payment processor, travel insurance provider, or other third party.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Travel Obsessed TX cannot guarantee a specific travel experience, price, room location, dining reservation, activity reservation, upgrade, promotion, itinerary, refund, credit, waiver, supplier response, or client outcome.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but supplier rules, availability, pricing, and final decisions remain outside our control.
