Fill this out once for EACH reservation you are transferring.
If you purchased a PAIR of Placeholders, each one generated a separate reservation number and you'll need BOTH of those numbers to complete this form. You can find them in your email.
After you submit the form, I will send it to the transfer team, they will manually process it.
I'll let you know by email when it's been assigned. Sometimes it's the same day, sometimes it takes a few business days.
