Disney Cruise Line Just Dropped New Itineraries

Last night I was booking a client and the Disney Cruise Line website went down. I thought, hmm are they loading new itineraries? Probably not. But sure enough when I woke up this morning, the new sailings were live.

Pricing, ships, and itineraries are posted for September 2026 through May 2027

Here is what you need to know:

You Can't Book Yet

• Right now you can only window shop
• Official booking dates are in order of Castaway Club level

Why You Should Plan Now

• Opening day is the lowest price you will ever see, everrrrrrr
• Rare and unique itineraries will sell out the first day, if you want something NEW with Disney Cruise? This is the time to snag it
• The website will be chaos. it'll lag, it'll melt down. You really need to work with me to get your "order" lined up so I can book it the day bookings open on the dedicated Travel Agent line and dashboard.

Look at the itineraries now. Circle school breaks. Decide your ship and room type. That way I can lock it in for you on opening day.

Remember: Disney Cruise Line has an incredibly generous cancellation policy. You only put 10% down and you can cancel later and get it all back. Ask me for details, I am glad to explain it.

Is Galveston getting something NEW?

• Sort of? Magic is in Galveston through April 2027, then she's leaving on a Panama Canal crossing
• No DCL ships scheduled for May (right now)
• That means no year-round ship in Galveston yet, despite what the Port of Galveston said earlier this summer. (BUMMER)

But it's not all bad news for my Texans: Galveston gets a rare seven night Bahamian cruise all the way to Nassau and Castaway Cay.

There are only four sailings!

• December 27, 2026
• January 24, 2027
• January 31, 2027
• April 18, 2027

These will be expensive (the December 27 one already is) and they will go quickly. If you want one, book it opening day.

What the Other Ships Are Doing

• Treasure continues with 7-night itineraries
• Wish continues with 3 and 4-night itineraries
• Destiny has a mix, but there are some unique 7-night itineraries

Destiny highlights

• February 6 to 13, 2027: Lookout Cay, Castaway Cay, Puerto Plata (that's new!), Nassau
• January 30 to February 6, 2027: Lookout Cay, Castaway Cay, San Juan, St Maarten
• October 17 to 24, 2026: Halloween on the High Seas with both private islands and San Juan
• December 5 to 12, 2026: TWO STOPS at Castaway Cay, plus Lookout Cay!

These are unique and will sell out quickly and fares will go wayyyyy up. In two months they'll seem ridiculous and you'll be forced to choose other sailings, book now and get something really special.

Magic Goes West

• April 2027 Magic sails a 14 night Panama Canal to San Diego
• That one will book up on day one, retired people love a Panama Canal crossing. (I hope to be that person one day)
• Then Magic moves up to Vancouver for Alaska

This means Disney is planning two ships in Alaska again in 2027. They are forecasting high demand by sending two ships two years in a row.

If you want Alaska 2026, book it now. Those ships are going to sell out or be stupid-priced by end of year. I jsut got back from 7 nights on Wonder to Alaska, I really do know what I'm doing on this one, please contact me!

If you want Alaska 2027, start thinking about it because those dates will likely be available early next year. You can fill out an interest form and just note Alaska 27 and I'll message you when those drop.

Final Thoughts

• Opening day prices are the best prices, a sale fare later won't beat it.
• Unique itineraries disappear quickly
• Disney only requires 10% down and you can cancel later for a full refund
